REFUND POLICY: PDF PRO

At PDF Pro, we want you to be satisfied with our software. We offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure a fair experience for all our users.

1. 30-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE

You are entitled to a full refund of your most recent payment if the request is made within thirty (30) days of that specific transaction date.

1.1 New Subscriptions

If you purchase a new subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within the first 30 days of purchase.

1.2 Subscription Renewals

If your subscription (Monthly or Annual) automatically renews and you forgot to cancel, you may request a refund for that specific renewal charge, provided you contact us within 30 days of the renewal date.

  • Important Note: A refund for a renewal charge does not entitle you to a refund for the initial purchase or prior billing cycles if those payments occurred more than 30 days ago.

1.3 Perpetual Licenses

For “One-Time Purchase” or Perpetual licenses, the 30-day window begins on the date of the transaction.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To ensure security and verify your identity, all refund requests must be submitted through your official PDF Pro account:

  1. Log in to your account at pdfpro.com/account.
  2. Navigate to the Billing or Support section.
  3. Submit a Support Ticket clearly stating your request for a refund and the reason for the request.

Requests made via social media or unauthorized third-party channels may not be processed.

3. PROCESSING TIME

Once your refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used via Stripe.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. CHARGEBACKS

We encourage you to contact us directly through your account before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are a lengthy and complex process; in most cases, we can resolve your refund request much faster through our internal support system.

5. EXCEPTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if:

  • We detect a pattern of “serial refunding” (repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product).
  • The request is made after the 30-day window has expired.
  • There is evidence of a violation of our Terms of Service or EULA
